  • We always welcome your Furry Friends at Haslar Rooms! However there is an additional charge of £20 to cover our extra housekeeping costs!

  • We reserve the right to hold your card details after your visit, to uncharge an additional £10 for extra large messes that take longer than our average clean. This includes, but is not limited to - Soiled Sheets, Stained Carpets etc

  • Breakfast is served at The Creek Restaurant from 9am until 11:30am (11am on Sundays) If you would like us to book a table for you, please put this in the notes upon booking, and we will arrange this.

  • Check in is from 2pm. Early Check in is available at an extra charge of £10 per hour from 12pm. To book this, call us on 02393 190 198 to pay for this in advance. Must be booked 48 Hours in Advance.

  • In Person Check In is available Daily until 6pm, if you plan to arrive later than this, we will need to take payment for the room in advance to arrival, and we will leave your key in the lockbox outside your room. We will Text or Email you with all the information you need once payment is received.

  • Check out is by 11am. If there is no one in the office when you wish to check out, please drop your key into the letterbox, outside our office in Unit 16.
